When will my order ship?
Most orders ship same or next day. Everything is made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. This is processing time, not a delivery estimate.
What are your business hours?

Can I cancel or return an order?
To request a cancellation, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns are accepted; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us within 72 hours after delivery for return requests, damage, or other order issues so we can discuss the next steps.
What are they made of?
Laser-cut wood. Approximately 7-3/8 wide x 6-7/8 tall x 1/8 thick. These are decorative pieces for interior use only. Exact dimensions are shown with each design.
Which corner should I choose?
Face your door or window frame. “Left corner” fits the upper left, and “Right corner” fits the upper right. The product photo changes with your selection so you can check the orientation.
